These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 888pak ("888pak", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 888pak website at https://888pak.org, including all subpages, products, features, promotions, and services available therein.

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing any 888pak game or betting market, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and consent to be legally bound by them. This agreement is effective from the date of your first registration or use of the platform, whichever is earlier.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 888pak Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 888pak.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 888pak website, mobile site, and all related services accessible at https://888pak.org.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the 888pak Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in your 888pak Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to your Account pursuant to a specific 888pak promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by you into your Account via an accepted 888pak payment method, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, slot machine, PSL cricket market, or any other betting product offered on the 888pak Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the 888pak Platform is restricted under applicable law or 888pak's licensing conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process 888pak conducts in accordance with its licensing and anti-money laundering obligations.

To be eligible to register and use the 888pak Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law applicable to you personally;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an 888pak employee or contractor;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 888pak Account under the same identity;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 888pak Platform or any affiliated gaming platform under a permanent self-exclusion agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

888pak reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age — at any time and without providing reasons. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 888pak Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 888pak Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number;
• Keep your registration information current and notify 888pak promptly of any changes;
• Select a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.

888pak may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals, removing deposit limits, or activating certain promotional features. KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address dated within three months. Players who submit false or altered documentation will have their accounts permanently suspended and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on the 888pak Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 888pak does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method-specific limits and processing times:

• JazzCash — Deposits: instant. Withdrawals: typically under 30 minutes.
• EasyPaisa — Deposits: instant. Withdrawals: typically under 30 minutes.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank — Same business day processing.
• SadaPay — Instant deposits; withdrawals processed within standard banking hours.
• USDT TRC20 — Accepted for deposits with PKR conversion applied at the time of transaction.
• Cash Deposit — Available through authorised 888pak agent networks; same-day processing upon agent confirmation.

Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 888pak reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if a third-party source is identified. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the 888pak cashier at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed after any applicable KYC verification has been completed and any active bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied. 888pak does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions to JazzCash or EasyPaisa; bank transfer fees, where applicable, are displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation.

888pak may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. The availability, value, and specific conditions of each promotion are determined by 888pak at its sole discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 888pak promotions:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full;
• Where a player holds both real money funds and bonus funds, real money funds are wagered first unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• Free spins and free bet rewards are credited to the games or markets specified in the promotion and may not be transferred to other products;
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Circumventing this rule by registering additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse;
• 888pak reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds in cases of suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

Players who are registered under a permanent self-exclusion arrangement are not eligible to receive or use any 888pak promotional offer. If a promotional offer is credited to a self-excluded account in error, it will be removed without replacement upon detection.

All games and betting markets offered on the 888pak Platform are subject to the rules published for each specific product. In the case of any inconsistency between a product-specific rule and these general Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail for that product only.

For sports betting, including PSL cricket markets, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 888pak does not accept responsibility for odds displayed in error, and reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices;
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at 888pak's discretion at any time during a live event;
• Event results are determined by the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures). Delays, protests, or subsequent amendments do not alter the officially settled result for betting purposes;
• Abandoned or postponed matches are settled according to the void/postponement rules published for each market type at the time of bet placement.

For casino games and live dealer tables, all outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators or live event outcomes. 888pak does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are available in the game information panel within the 888pak casino lobby.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888pak Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games without express written authorisation from 888pak;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Claiming bonuses or promotions by registering additional accounts or using third-party payment methods not held in your own name;
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the security infrastructure of the 888pak Platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 888pak staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the 888pak Platform — including but not limited to the 888pak name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, data compilations, odds feeds, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to 888pak and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888pak Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 888pak content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 888pak software or game content;
• Use 888pak's brand name, logo, or trade dress in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 888pak intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

888pak is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is for adult entertainment only. 888pak strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all products. Players who are experiencing difficulties with gambling behaviour are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on how much you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits — Automatic session reminders and cut-offs after a defined playing period;
• Cool-Off Periods — Temporary account deactivation ranging from 24 hours to six weeks;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Irreversible account closure for players who decide to stop gambling entirely.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888pak's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888pak shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, internet service provider failures, or third-party infrastructure outages beyond 888pak's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 888pak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 888pak's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

888pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse;
• Use of automated tools or exploits in breach of Section 8;
• A valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

In cases of Account suspension pending investigation, real money funds held in the Account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, funds will be returned and the Account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, 888pak may forfeit any bonus funds and — where fraud or illegal activity is established — real money funds may be withheld pending direction from relevant authorities.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 888pak support. Real money balances remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

888pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 888pak will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 888pak Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact 888pak support to close your Account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically to remain informed of the current Terms governing your use of 888pak.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888pak's international gaming license is issued. The licensing jurisdiction's regulatory authority has oversight responsibility for the Platform's compliance with applicable gaming regulations.

In the event of a dispute arising between you and 888pak in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any bet or transaction, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to 888pak support describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and the resolution sought. 888pak will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and issue a substantive response within 14 calendar days;
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are dissatisfied with 888pak's response at Step 1, you may escalate the complaint to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 888pak's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available from 888pak support on request;
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the above steps, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
